What you can do is place the paper in a plastic bag and then put a plastic bag in the freezer until it is solid.When you take the paper out of the freezer, you will see it is still very nice and ready to use. You will just need to take it out of the bag and just roll it between your hands until you get all the moisture out of it. Use your hands to gently rub it so that it will really work with the paper. Then you can roll it into a circle.You do not have to p ut it on the paper yet because you do not want to wet the paper before you have it dry. You can use an old piece of paper and have some glue on it to keep it from touching the parchment. If you do not mind paying the price of an office supply store, you can also try to wrap it with bubble wrap.You can buy the bubble wrap at your local dollar store or even the grocery store. Then you can just tear off the edges until you get down to the center. Keep your finger in it and make sure that it is damp but not wet.Now you will just let the paper stays on the paper until you are ready to write on it. Once you have it there, it is going to be more than easy to write. Even if you roll it into a circle before you even start to write on it, you will still get some fresh paper on it. This is the best way to go because you will know that your going to be able to write on it and get it dry within minutes.If you wait until the end of the day before you try to write, you are going to be writing on a wet piece of paper that will take forever to dry. So you should always use a sealable bag to wrap it. The biggest thing you will have to remember is to let it stay on the paper before you use it to write on.I have spent my entire life doing everything for a lot less then what I want to spend. It has always been easy to buy the parchment paper that you want and then readjust it as you see fit. It does not matter what you want to do when you are first starting to write on it because you can always roll it around in your hands to see how it looks before you even start to write.
